POSITION TITLE: STEWARD/ESS
Job Responsibilities (at least 3 tasks/duties)
1. Attends to safety procedures as per Company’s Safety Rules and Regulations and ISM Procedures
2. Assists passengers needs and solves complaints especially during voyage
3. Ensures that standard announcements are properly done every voyage
4. Ensures and maintains the cleanliness and orderliness of the passenger accommodation area, crew cabins and comfort rooms before, during and after each trip
5. Conducts periodical check with passengers on board during the entire voyage
6. Visits the Duty Officers at the bridge to see if everything is in order
7. Serves as ushers/usherettes while as passengers embark and disembark the vessel
8. Monitors supplies on board and request if necessary
9. Performs other business related tasks as per advised by the On Board Service Supervisor and Operations Manager

2. Graduate of BS Tourism Management, BS Hotel and Restaurant Management or any related course
3. With pleasing personality

5. Willing to undergo shifting schedule

POSITION TITLE: ON-BOARD CASHIERS
Job Responsibilities (at least 3 tasks/duties)
1. Ensures completeness of stocks of all items of the stores/canteen
2. Responsible and accountable for the daily cash and sales remittance
3. Checks the conditions of all items on board and observe FIFO procedure
4. Ensures cleanliness and orderliness of the stores and always in order
5. Ensures that all daily cash and sales remittances report is complete and remitted on time
6. Observes issuance of official receipts or sales invoice to all customer of the store
7. Prepares request of items for stock replenishment
8. Performs other task assigned by the Starbites Supervisor/ Operations Manager

2. Graduate of four years or any related course

POSITION TITLE: FRONT DESK ATTENDANT
Job Responsibilities (at least 3 tasks/duties)
1. Greet guests with a welcoming smile and friendly demeanor
2. Performs all guest check-in and check-out procedures
3. Obtain or confirm guest information, assign accommodation area
4. Answers phones and direct calls to appropriate personnel
5. Maintain a clean and tidy work space at all times
6. Informs guest of vessel amenities and offerings
7. Be informed and up-to-date on all types of accommodation and availability
8. Communicate with housekeeping, room service and security staff as necessary
9. Resolve customer complaints and problems calmly and effectively
10. Notify management of any serious issues that you cannot resolve
11. Take and deliver messages for guests
12. Store luggage and valuables as needed
13. Performs various clerical tasks as needed

POSITION TITLE: REGISTERED NURSES (RN)
Job Responsibilities (at least 3 tasks/duties)
1. Attends passengers medical concerns
2. Knows how to deal with health emergency cases
3. Gives medications to all the passengers of the vessel
4. Ensures that first aid kits are properly prepared during the voyage
5. Maintains the cleanliness and orderliness of the room/clinic area
6. Observes and records all the passengers health condition during the voyage

2. Graduate of BS Nursing
3. With updated PRC Card
4. Willing to undergo shifting schedule
5. With clinical experience

POSITION TITLE: FOOD ATTENDANTS
Job Responsibilities (at least 3 tasks/duties)
1. Provides the perfect service experience for every guest
2. Ensures the guest feels important and welcome in the restaurant
3. Ensures hot food is hot and cold food is cold
4. Adhere to timing standards for products and services
5. Look for ways to consolidate service and increase table turns
6. Present menu, answers questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverages
7. Serves the guest in an accommodating manner
8. Must know all food liquor, beer, wine and retail offered
9. Apply positive suggestive sales approach to guide guest
10. Maintain cleanliness of all accommodation area
11. Look for ways to avoid waste and limit costs
12. Assists in keeping the vessel clean and safe
13. Provide responsible service of alcoholic beverages
14. Delivers food and beverages to any area as needed
15. Must follow all cash handling policies and procedures
16. Report to property on time and in proper uniform

POSITION TITLE: KITCHEN STAFF/HELPERS
Job Responsibilities (at least 3 tasks/duties)
1. Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks
2. Segregates and removes trash and garbage and places it in designated containers
3. Steam-cleans or horses-out garbage cans
4. Sorts bottles, and breaks disposable ones
5. Washes pots, pans, and trays by hand
6. Scrapes food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine
7. Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas by hand
8. Washes and peels vegetables, using knife or peeling machine

POSITION TITLE: TICKETING CLERKS
Job Responsibilities (at least 3 tasks/duties)
1. Collects corrects cash and non-cash revenue
2. Prepares and submits correct revenue report on a per trip basis
3. Ensures that all collections are complete, intact, and remitted on time
4. Coordinates with ramp operations and the office for timely and proper boarding of passengers
5. Maintains efficient and effective customer service at all times which includes but are not limited to:
a) Gives a pleasant/ cheerful smile to customers and greets them accordingly
b) Acknowledges the presence of customers, listens and pays attention to their needs
c) Attends to customer complaints with eagerness and understanding
d) Thanks the customer at the end of every transaction
6. Provides safety and security control measures relative to cashiering functions
7. Responsible and accountable for the cash in drawers and other documents such as tickets
8. Maintains orderliness of work area to ensure systematic flow of work
9. Ensures proper storage and cleanliness as a preventive measure against fire or other accidents
10. See to it that all merchandise/ items and other equipment kept in the selling area and those in her custody are well secured
11. Performs other related functions that maybe assigned from time to time
12. Promote, exercise and sustain 5S practices and expectations in the maintenance of a swept, straightened and shiny workplace
